The Prayer Charm Necklace
Certain images and symbols carry Divine energy and help us to transcend and grow spirituality. They fill us with the energy of joy, love, peace, and acceptance while connecting our souls to the heavens.
While in Alberobello, Italy, I came across a symbol that moved my soul and heart. On limestone cones atop the roofs of tiny primitive white washed houses, are engravings of ancient symbols – all with different meanings, encompassing different religious beliefs and from different periods of time. For me, the symbol of prayer stood out among the rest. I soon recognized that the force which was moving my soul was the universal peaceful energy of the symbol and its deeper meaning. The symbol gently incorporates people of all religions, races, nationalities and ethnicities; we all pray. We are united in our faith to speak with our Creator. By wearing this symbol we are announcing that we are one and that in our “oneness” God hears us.
I commissioned a jeweler who made me the charm in .928 sterling silver. The charm is hung from a sterling silver chain and is a beautiful piece of jewerly as well as inspiration.
