What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word that represents the Universal Life Force which connects all living things. This Universal Life Force, helps alleviate suffering, whether it be, physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, increases vitality and stamina, releases blocked energy, promotes relaxation and reduces stress. It helps to cleanse the body of toxins -- both energetic and physical -- and can over time, enhance intuition and spiritual evolution. Reiki energy has an innate intelligence and goes wherever healing is needed in the body and the auras.

 

Typically, unless sent over distance, Reiki is “hands-on therapy,”  and thus, is shared through the practitioner's hand chakras.  This energy provides for each cell of the recipient’s body and the proper energy to heal, harmonize and balance down to the DNA level. 

 

Reiki Practitioner Levels -For each level, a course manual, an attunement and a certificate upon the successful completion of the course work is given to the student.  A combination of lectures and hands on work is involved in each level.  Reiki I and Reiki II classes are six hours.    The Master Course is 30 hours spanning a three month period of time and allowing the student to "Be Reiki" at all layers of their being.  Classes taught by Anna L. Reiki I - a combination of lecture and hands on experience.  The course includes:  Reiki History and Principles, Introduction to Chakras and Auras, Reiki Hand Positions, Self Healing and Meditation

Reiki II - This course includes:  Remote Healing, Reiki II symbols, Scanning, Ethics, Advanced Reiki techniques

Reiki III- Master/Teacher Level - includes:  Advanced techniques, The Master symbol, Instruction to give attunements, Advanced meditation, Values, spiritual orientation.

Chios Energy Field Healing^®

Chios, similar to Reiki, is a light touch hands on (unless sent remotely) energy healing technique.  Chios employes spiritual healing methods, energy, light and color, as well as, unique techniques which employ powerful and effective aura and chakra healing.  Not only does Chios aid in the healing of mind, body and spirit for the client, but also provides a powerful spiritual foundation for the healer.  Students are taught to expand their intuitive sense in order to heal in the most effective way possible. The student is also taught methods of self-healing and intuitive awakening through powerful Chios mediations and to become one with the energy, thus empowering the healing processes.

Included in the standardized instructional handbook (which may be downloaded from the Chios website) are:  mediation methods and personal growth and healing excerses, treatment procedures for complementary care of certain illnesses.

Attunements are available remotely after studying the Chios instructional handbooks.

Similar to Reiki there are three levels of Chios and attunements at each level.  More information can be obtained from the Chios web-site.

After the Chios Level III attunement and completion of the Chios course, you are eligible for inclusion on the Chios Master/Teacher listing on the Chios website. You will also receive you will receive an additional manual with the master symbol and hands on and distant attunement procedures.
